With more than 30 years of real estate experience, I bring a unique combination of market knowledge, property valuation expertise, and strategic marketing to buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota and Florida’s Suncoast.

As a former real estate appraiser, I bring a deeper understanding of property valuation and market analysis to every transaction. While comparable sales provide valuable historical data, understanding today's market requires looking beyond what homes have sold for. I analyze current inventory, buyer demand, days on market, competing properties, and emerging trends to help my clients understand not only a property's value, but also how changing market conditions may influence their buying or selling decisions.
