I understand why so many relocation buyers start their search here — it often means a newer home, with more space, comfortably within budget. Some buyers love that Wellen Park feels a little removed from the busier parts of Sarasota; others discover they'd rather be closer in. Neither preference is better. The key is finding what actually fits how you want to live.
